When adding a new Facebook admin it can be confusing on what each role can do. Here are the different roles and what they can do for you (as of July 2015).
Admin- manage page roles and settings

edit the page and add apps

create and delete posts as the page

send a message as the page

respond to and delete posts and posts to the page

remove and ban people from the page

create ads

view insights

see who published as the page

Editor- edit the page and add apps

create and delete posts as the page

send a message as the page

respond to and delete posts and posts to the page

Moderator- send a message as the page

respond to and delete posts and posts to the page

remove and ban people from the page

Advertiser- create ads
