Right now, this feature is only available in the United States, and it is required that you are friends with the person on Facebook.

All you have to do is go to the Messages area of your page, and click on a message. When the message pops up, click Manage Replies. There, you can create a new reply, or just click on a reply you’ve already created to send it as a message reply.
